Nestled in Istria's beautiful countryside, the villa combines modern comfort with the unique charm of the region.
In the garden you'll find a 60 m² saltwater pool, newly tiled in 2025 – and the house runs on clean energy from an 11 kW solar PV system and a heat pump.
