About us
For years we have been coming to Croatia – to Istria – on holiday. It was the landscape, the warmth of the people and the food that kept drawing us back.
Most of the time we rented a house together with friends and their children and spent our holidays there. The dream of a holiday home of our own was always there. And then we bought Villa Maslina. The interior, however, had been designed purely for commercial letting – which wasn't really our style.
So we spent the whole winter rebuilding the house, doing much of the work ourselves, until it felt just right. The result is a home with a lot of us in it – and one we love sharing with our guests.
