A modern stone house with sweeping views
Our modern stone house sits between olive groves and vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Slovenian Alps – and, from the upper floor, of the sea as well.
Upstairs, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a roof terrace offer plenty of space for 6 guests.
The ground floor is one large, open 90 m² space with kitchen, dining and living areas. Two covered terraces add even more room for long, sociable evenings together.
The garden is home to the 60 m² saltwater pool, newly tiled in 2025. The house is powered in an eco-friendly way by an 11 kW solar PV system, together with a heat pump.

Amenities
Villa Maslina has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Rooms
All rooms are air-conditioned.
Bed linen and towels are of course provided. A change of linen and a mid-stay clean can be arranged weekly.
Upstairs there are two bathrooms, both with shower and toilet, one with an additional bathtub.
Together
The dining area and both covered outdoor terraces each seat at least 8 people.
There is also an outdoor kitchen / barbecue with another large table.
For quieter moments, retreat to the garden, the roof terrace or the covered terraces.
Pool
The 60 m² pool uses a saltwater system and was newly tiled in 2025.
It is open from mid-May until the end of September.
By the pool you'll also find a table-tennis table and an outdoor shower.
Garden
The whole property covers approx. 1,300 m² and opens out step-free onto the surrounding countryside.
Energy
Villa Maslina is powered in an eco-friendly way by an 11 kW solar PV system, complemented by a heat pump.

The last 300 metres to the house are on a gravel track, which is easily manageable at any time in a normal car or van.
